FRANCESCA PETRANGELI
MAKE-UP ARTIST
Francesca Petrangeli was born in Rome, Italy, in 1979.
Her fascination with photography started in high school when she bought her first camera. Since that day she explored the many facets of photography.
After finishing her degree in literature and linguistics at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” she attended a master’s program for stylists at the IED in Rome and then obtained an IMA certificate in media make-up from the London College of Beauty and Make-up.
In the last six years she's been working as freelance MUA spending part of this time in London working for the video industry, catwalks and photography. Now based in Rome she collaborates with photographers and video directors for fashion editorials, music videos, bands and celebrities. Recently she became part of the IED and ISFCI as lecturer.
Her works as make-up artist are featured on several magazines.
Aside her career as freelance mua she runs the Halflight Studio a photographic studio where she works with different photographers both for private clients and commercial projects.
